At Hooké Outdoor, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping package.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
